Yes, both the BoBo Home and BoBo Wobbly board are portable for you to do the low impact balance exercises from anywhere. Because you can connect via smartphone or tablet to all the games, it makes it extremely easy to “connect and play” from anywhere!

The BoBo Home is made of sturdy wood that can support up to 450 pounds.
It has a balance cushion (provided) that acts as a balance element.

BoBo Wobbly is made of plastic, can carry 330 lbs, and uses a fixed dome as a balance element

training program, and a balance assessment test.

The BoBo board was designed by physical therapists to focus exclusively on improving your balance. These products are the home version of the same professional equipment used by
hospitals, sports teams, and physical therapists. Our customers have given us feedback stating that because of the board design they are also able to use it as an ab core training device.

The BoBo board uses a standard 2032 coin-shaped battery which lasts for about 300 balance training hours and can easily be replaced. The battery is included with your product purchase.

In the chargeable model (does not apply to BoBo Home 2.0 and BoBo Wobbly) simply connect your BoBo Balance board to the magnetic charging cable and then to any USB charging port. In one hour, your BoBo Balance will function for up to 12 hours!

The cushion should have enough air in it so that it is unstable when you place the BoBo Board on it.
The more you inflate the harder the exercise is.
Start with just few pumps in and try the exercises/games. If that's too easy, inflate a little more.
Do not inflate too much as the surface will be super-unstable and very hard.

Yes, both the BoBo Home and BoBo Wobbly boards are adjustable. The BoBo Home comes with an inflatable cushion. Watch this video on how to pump air into the BoBo
Home cushion. The BoBo Home board itself can be placed on top of any balance element like a Bosu or with the provided balance cushion.

The BoBo Wobbly is compatible with an inflatable bagel cushion, also adjustable for balance level comfort. If you want to challenge yourself more, increase the amount of air within the tube. If you want to lower the level of difficulty, release a bit of air out of the tube.

The BoBo Wobbly is made from durable plastic which can support a weight
up to 330lbs. The BoBo Home is made from sturdy wood and able to support a weight up
to 450lbs.

The app is absolutely free and you can find it in both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store available to download.

No! The app and the games are currently available in 9 languages: English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Greek, Flemish, Dutch, Japanese, and Korean.

Yes, there are two methods to connect the app to your TV screen.

1. Connect via HDMI cable.

2. From your smartphone, you can project it onto your smart TV screen. For iOS devices, select screen mirror function and for Android devices, select casting.

Easy! Just download the app from Google Play or the App Store, turn on your BoBo Balance, open the app and that’s it! 

Make sure you allow the BoBo app to use your location. Pairing is automatic. If your BoBo pairs using the Bluetooth settings in your device, simply go to SETTINGS > BLUETOOTH, select BOBO and choose the FORGET option.

Just open the BoBo Balance app, make sure your Bluetooth is enabled on your device and in range, then turn on your BoBo Balance by pressing the power button.

For the training, balance test, and games sections, you can adjust the challenge level by selecting the settings icon. Then pick your desired level, and start your activity.

Yes it does! You can use your BoBo Balance on any Smart TV in the following ways:

Screen Mirroring/Casting: For iOS devices you can select screen mirroring, and for Android devices select casting.

HDMI: Connect your mobile device to the HDMI port on your smart TV. There are handy adaptors that work with USB Type C, micro USB or a lightning port.

At this stage we do not have a TV application you can install on your smart TV.

You can mirror/cast your handheld device to use your smart TV. Both TV and handheld should use the same Wi-Fi network

Yes, the founders of BoBo are two physical therapists who work with patients and observe the daily positive impact of balance training practice.

Place the board on a dry, non-slippery floor in a well-lit obstacle-free environment. If possible, we recommend placing the balance board in the corner of a room next to 2 walls which can add extra support as needed. In addition, another chair or table in front of you for added support.

Step onto your BoBo board one foot at a time, holding a stable object for support. Always wear shoes or be barefoot when using your balance board, never use it while only wearing socks.

Yes, absolutely. Both the BoBo Home and BoBo Wobbly are supported with inflatable cushions. Therefore, if you want to reduce the level of height and difficulty, simply release some of the air so the board is closer to the ground. As you improve and want to challenge yourself even more, add more air into the cushion.

It is possible to use your BoBo board with shoes or barefoot. Never use the board while wearing only socks.

Playing outside is great although not always possible due to the weather or a playground isn’t close by. With BoBo, this screen time is healthy screen time! It is an active game benefiting your child’s motor skills, posture, and balance.

Yes, those aged between 4-6 need assistance from an adult to use the balance board. Children aged 6+ can operate the device independently.

Adult supervision is always required for children.
